Election Window: Opens October 7 at 7:00 AM; Closes October 7 at 8:00 PM; secret ballot (cast electronically via Election Buddy)
Election Results: Announced October 7 after 8 PM; Simple majority of votes cast wins.
Run‑Off Elections (if required): October 14 from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Per the by-laws, must be held within two weeks (electronically)
Run-Off Election Results: Announced October 14 after 8 PM; the most votes (plurality) wins
Certification of Results: October 15
Announcement of Election Results to the Association: October 19, during the in‑person meeting at Old World,.
