The OCFOA Election Committee has establishing the following timeline for the 2026 Elections. This information was shared with all OCFOA members prior to the insturctional meeting on Monday, September 21.
The nominations period for the 2026 OCFOA Elections opened September 21, 2026 and will remain open until September 25 at 5:00 PM. In the 2026 election cycle, the following positions are up for election:
- Vice President (Chris Salio was appointed for 1 year)
- Tackle Instructional Chair (Marc Harrison was appointed for 1 year)
- Three (3) At‑Large Board Positions (Currently held by Dan Pulos, Todd Summers, and Jim Ryan)
- Flag Chair (new Executive Board position under the updated By‑Laws)
- Flag Instructional Chair (non‑voting position)
Members are encouraged to submit all nominations using the official Jotform link below if not already submitted at the September 21st meeting.

2026 Election Timeline
- Nominations open: September 21 meeting and/or via email through September 25 at 5:00 PM
- Nominee Acceptance: Must be received no later than September 30 at 5:00 PM- if not accepted by deadline, nominee will be withdrawn for consideration.
- Nominee Bios & Photos: Due no later than October 4 (Bio in Word/Pages/PDF and a JPEG photo)
- Election Window: Opens October 7 at 7:00 AM – Closes October 7 at 8:00 PM
- Election Results: Announced October 8
- Run‑Off Elections (if required): October 14, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Certification of Results: October 15
- Announcement of Election Results to the Association: October 19, during the in‑person Old World meeting.
OCFOA will continue using Election Buddy as our voting platform for 2026.
