The Orange County Football Officials Association is a cohesive group of highly trained, motivated officials that promotes fair play and ensures player safety for all levels of high school football in Orange County, California

The mission of the OCFOA is to provide the highest level of officiating for all levels of high school football in Orange County as arbiters of fair play who encourage integrity and sportsmanship by all game participants.
