Legends & Awards
The rich history of the Orange County Football Officials Association (OCFOA) has seen its fair share of legends come through our ranks. Many have gone on to enjoy long and fruitful careers in college and professional football officiating.

Earl Engman Award
The Earl Engman Award is awarded yearly to the First-Year Official who exemplifies the character, integrity and desire of Earl Engman.

This award goes to individuals that have given a tremendous amount of service back to the Orange county Football Officials Association members and the association itself.

This award goes to the OCFOA official that has contributed to The Orange County Football Officials Association above and beyond the normal officiating duties required for membership.
